The TUI Marine Headquarters, located in Clearwater, Florida, received a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certifi cation in January 2009. The building is made of 40% recycled materials and 84% of the waste produced during construction was recycled. It now uses 24% less energy and 40% less water than the LEED baseline.
